How Ordoline works

[Ordoline aligners are clear, removable orthodontic appliances designed for digitally planned, staged tooth movements. Aligners are changed approximately every 10 days, following a validated protocol for accurate and predictable treatment results.]

Treatment process

Consultation and diagnostics

Once a patient undergoes initial consultation, you’ll submit the patient’s case to Ordoline doctor portal to receive the treatment plan.

Treatment plan [verification]

[Review the proposed digital treatment plan, request modifications if needed, and present the final version to the patient along with expected results and treatment duration.]

  • Treatment plan presentation

[Start of the treatment]

After receiving the first set of aligners from Ordoline, you’ll deliver them together with all necessary treatment instructions and guidelines to your patient. You’ll apply attachments, any other prescribed orthodontic add-ons, or pre-treatment measures. [Monitor progress with check-ups every 3–4 months.]

Development of the treatment plan

Digital treatment plan is the key to an excellent result

A digital treatment plan

[Each case begins with a digital treatment plan, developed using diagnostic data submitted by the doctor. This plan determines the aligner sequence, movement staging, and treatment duration.]

Visual roadmap

[The plan provides a visual simulation of tooth movements and final outcomes — enabling clear communication with the patient.]

[Expert-approved quality]

[Every plan undergoes a structured quality control process. First, it is evaluated internally by Ordoline orthodontists. After internal approval, it’s sent to the treating doctor for clinical verification and adjustments before production.]

Production of aligners

[A knowledge-intensive process for predictable results]

  • Models of teeth positions

[Each treatment stage is digitally modeled and 3D-printed. These sequential models represent the planned tooth movements and serve as the basis for thermoforming aligners.]

  • Aligner [manufacturing]

[Aligners are formed using PET-G thermoplastic — selected for biocompatibility, transparency, and force consistency.]

  • Preparation

Ordoline aligners are trimmed flat at the gingival zenith to enhance retention and optimize compatibility with auxiliaries. [This trimming method improves force control and reduces gingival irritation, supporting both comfort and biomechanical precision.]

[The process involves close collaboration between Ordoline’s orthodontists, partner doctors, and digital production teams to ensure each case meets clinical and comfort standards.]

  • Comfort assurance

[Each aligner is hand-polished to eliminate edge roughness and enhance patient tolerance.]

  • [Quality control and dispatch]

[Final inspection ensures aligner accuracy before packaging and shipment.]
