How Ordoline works
Ordoline aligners are nearly invisible, removable orthodontic appliances that move teeth in a carefully pre-planned manner. They straighten teeth by applying gentle pressure to guide them into the correct position. Aligners are typically changed every 10 days to achieve the next stage of tooth movement until the end of the treatment.

Development of your individual treatment

Production of aligners
The production of aligners is a knowledge-intensive process
-
Models of teeth positions
To produce aligners, plastic models of your teeth at each stage of the treatment are first created. These models represent the planned tooth movements and are used to manufacture individual aligners that will guide your teeth into their intended positions.
-
Aligner production
Ordoline aligners are made from PET-G thermoplastic polyester to ensure they are hypoallergenic, nearly invisible, comfortable, and effective.
-
Preparation
At the Ordoline centre, each aligner is carefully trimmed along the gum line to help prevent gum recession.

Ordoline partner doctors, orthodontists, and digital technicians are involved in the development of your treatment.
-
Comfort assurance
Aligners are hand-polished to ensure maximum wearing comfort
-
Preparation for dispatch
At the final stage of production, your aligners are thoroughly inspected, carefully packed, and prepared for dispatch.
